Transfer FW Systems

July 4, 2024

As of May 1, 2024, the internal transport company for horticulture, FW Systems, has a new owner. The transfer from founder Frank van Dijk to employee Martin in 't Veen marks a new chapter for the company. With Martin at the helm, the future of FW Systems remains in experienced and trusted hands.

Frank van Dijk, co-founder of HAWE Intern Transport, is a well-known name in the horticultural sector. After HAWE was acquired in the 1990s, he founded FW Systems BV. FW Systems has a strong group of regular customers in the Netherlands and the US, who trust the quality and reliability of the company. Frank has now reached the age where he wants to enjoy his free time more.

Martin in 't Veen has been working at FW Systems since 1999 and is a professional through and through. He knows the customers well and knows exactly what problems can arise and how to solve them. When there are no existing solutions, he comes up with them himself. Martin is not only theoretically strong, but also practically skilled as a welder and mechanic. This combination of qualities is rare today. Martin understands the problems, thinks up solutions and knows how everything works, including what can go wrong.

Martin in 't Veen, together with brothers Aad and Paul Brabander, took the step to join FW Systems. Together they will continue to serve existing customers and aim to gradually expand their customer base.
